With over 10 years of experience in the culinary world, Laire Siwi Mentari is a chef and owner of Jiwajawi restaurant in Yogyakarta. A graduate of Universitas Indonesia and IONs Culinary College, Laire has worked as head chef in various cafes and restaurants, including Canting and Sirjakula. She also consults for major restaurants serving both traditional Nusantara and international dishes. Laire frequently collaborates with hotel restaurants and hosts private dining events. She is passionate about culinary education and contributes to PT Djarum’s CSR program. She has also published a book titled 'Kelana Lidah Jawa,' a historical culinary fiction anthology published by Ambarrukmo.
